Products are nicely designed however I will not be purchasing from here again purely due to the returns process. I paid £1.99 for delivery originally (discounted at the time which is great), however it then costs an extra £3 to return the item! After returning the only product purchased, I was not refunded £4.99 because of this extra cost. Most other online shopping sites no longer charge for returns, so £3 is rather high on top of the already paid postage. I was lucky my delivery was on offer, otherwise it would have been a lot more! I can’t comment on the quality as I have only purchased from IKRUSH twice and returned once.
The shoes I received broke on their first use. I contacted IKRUSH who were helpful and advised to send the faulty shoes back which I did. This was a month ago and since sending the shoes back I have not received an email to advise they have received them nor a refund for the faulty shoes.

So happy with my shoes. Will definitely reorder from this website, delivery was quick and the shoes are great quality!
Ordered 2 pairs of the same trainer for my wife in different sizes. Delivery was excellent..within 2 days, but, after returning the pair that didn’t fit over 3 weeks ago, still no sign of a refund.

My sister’s husband bought her two pairs of the sliders and when I saw the black pair I just had to copy and buy!! So pretty and comfy.
Faulty product. Messaged on Facebook to enquire if I would be refunded the P&P charge for being sent a faulty product. Response didn’t actually address this.
